Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed biweekly.
Fees
Our fees are collected automatically for your subscription by Mastercard/Visa, Electronic Check/Draft Check and/or ACH Debit from your bank account through Credited Inc. When you apply for subscription to Credited.com you accept the obligation to pay for fees that you will be charged. Once you have subscribed we will not increase the fees charged, unless we give you advanced notice. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in United States Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with using our site and the Services in a timely manner with a valid payment method. If your payment method fails or your account is overdue, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. (This includes using other payment methods on file with us and retaining collection agencies and legal counsel, for accounts over 30 days overdue).
Your Right to Cancel your Subscription with Credited.com
You have the right to cancel your subscription with Credited.com at any time. You may do so at any time, provided that you notify us of your wish to cancel. This can be done by telephone or email. Please refer to our contact details.
Quality of the services
We will use reasonable skill and care in the performance of the Services. We will provide the Services in accordance with the online description which is set out on the Website. Credited.com uses reasonable efforts to ensure that the Website is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. There may be occasions when access to the Website is interrupted for emergency maintenance or repairs or to carry out upgrades to improve the performance or functionality of the Website. Access may also be interrupted due to failures of telecommunications links and equipment which are beyond the control of Credited.com . We do not make any commitment to you that the content of the Services will meet any specific requirements. We do not make any commitment to you that you will obtain any particular result from your receipt of the Services or that you will obtain any particular qualification from your receipt of the Services.
Refund Policy

Since Credited.com offering is of non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product/service is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon requesting subscription of our site.

If at our discretion a refund is offered this will be repaid by the method of payment it was received.
